What We’re Carrying

It’s hard to believe you can carry your whole life with you for two months on the front and back of a two- wheeler.  But here is what we have narrowed it down to.  At the top of the list is WATER.  After that – everything else is secondary – except of course for the SPOT CHECK satellite device that tracks wherever we are en route.  Heidi wanted to be sure she knew where we were every night and that we were OK.  From time to time we will post our whereabouts on this blog for you to see.

This picture was taken on one of our first training rides with full gear at home.  It was still chilly outside.
